Das Branchen-\u00d6kosystem kam hier zusammen, um ein gemeinsames Zeichen zu setzen: Tourismus verbindet und baut Br\u00fccken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Jahr stand f\u00fcr viele Teilnehmer eine Frage im Vordergrund: Wie kann KI uns dabei helfen, den sich wandelnden Anforderungen der Branche gerecht zu werden?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die ITB ist ein Forum f\u00fcr Dialog, Innovation und Zukunftsorientierung. Daher freue ich mich besonders, an einer interaktiven Podiumsdiskussion teilzunehmen, in der es darum ging, wie <a href=\"https:\/\/prophet.com\/2025\/09\/how-ai-synthetic-personas-create-a-whole-new-level-of-customer-centricity\/\">KI-gesteuerte Synthetic Personas<\/a> neue M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr die Reise- und Hotelbranche er\u00f6ffnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr alle, die sich mit Synthetic Personas noch etwas \u201efremdeln\u201c: Diese digitalen Zwillinge schlie\u00dfen die L\u00fccke zwischen Erkenntnissen und intelligenteren Entscheidungen und fungieren wie eine rund um die Uhr verf\u00fcgbare Kristallkugel f\u00fcr Kundenwissen. Sie werden mit Echtzeitdaten trainiert und sind l\u00e4ngst kein futuristisches Konzept mehr. Die Gespr\u00e4che auf der Veranstaltung zeigten, dass erste Travel- und Hospitality-Brands diese Technologie bereits einsetzen und einen klaren gesch\u00e4ftlichen Nutzen darin sehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier sind einige Praxisbeispiele f\u00fcr konkrete Nutzen: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vorausschauende-validierung\">Vorausschauende Validierung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00e4steerwartungen sind der Motor des modernen Gastgewerbes; Feedback hilft dabei, Vorlieben und ungedeckte Bed\u00fcrfnisse zu verstehen. KI erm\u00f6glicht heute schnellere und pr\u00e4zisere Entscheidungen, die weit \u00fcber traditionelle Umfragen hinausgehen. Hotels k\u00f6nnen beispielsweise Personas erstellen, die per Mausklick sofortige Einblicke liefern. So lassen sich generationenspezifische, kulturelle und finanzielle Pr\u00e4ferenzen in einem Ausma\u00df analysieren, das fr\u00fcher unvorstellbar war. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nahtlose-erlebnisse\">Nahtlose Erlebnisse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>KI-Personas erm\u00f6glichen personalisiertes Marketing, intelligentere Landingpages und Treueprogramme, die die Bindung zu aktuellen und zuk\u00fcnftigen G\u00e4sten st\u00e4rken. Sie liefern detaillierte Erkenntnisse dar\u00fcber, wie Zielgruppen <a href=\"https:\/\/prophet.com\/2025\/12\/ai-is-everyones-luxury-premium-brands-cant-afford-a-generational-blind-spot\/\">suchen und entdecken<\/a>. Das \u00e4ndert sich gerade: KI-Personas verf\u00fcgen mittlerweile durchaus \u00fcber eine kreative Intelligenz, die man als \u201eCreative 2.0\u201c bezeichnen k\u00f6nnte. Der Vorteil f\u00fcr Travel &amp; Hospitality liegt darin, frische Impulse f\u00fcr die gesamte Guest Journey zu setzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einmal mit einer individuellen Pers\u00f6nlichkeit konfiguriert, k\u00f6nnen synthetische Personas neue Konzepte f\u00fcr Begr\u00fc\u00dfung und Verabschiedung, Unterhaltung vor Ort, Eventformate oder sogar die Pr\u00e4sentation von Speisen und Getr\u00e4nken generieren. Zudem helfen sie dabei, Produkte und Dienstleistungen exakt auf das jeweilige Zielprofil zuzuschneiden. Wenn das Erlebnisdesign vom Lebensstil der G\u00e4ste geleitet wird, wirkt jede Phase der Reise durchdacht und genau auf das abgestimmt, was der Gast sch\u00e4tzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Reise- und Hotelbranche steht vor komplexen gemeinsamen Herausforderungen. Doch Synthetic Personas markieren einen wichtigen Wegpunkt: Weg vom touristischen Bauchgef\u00fchl, hin zu fundiertem Wissen.
