Vorgefertigte Bauteile und Systeme versprechen verk\u00fcrzte Bauzeiten, h\u00f6here Prozesssicherheit und gleichbleibende Qualit\u00e4tsstandards \u2013 technologisch durchaus erreichbar. Gleichzeitig behindern mangelnde Standardisierung, fragmentierte Datenfl\u00fcsse und fehlende End-to-End-Prozesse eine fl\u00e4chendeckende Umsetzung in der Praxis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Spannungsfeld wird durch unsere aktuelle Studie im Rahmen des 13. Prophet Kompetenzprojekts 2026 eindrucksvoll best\u00e4tigt: &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>97 % der befragten Hersteller erwarten in den kommenden 3\u20135 Jahren ein deutliches Marktwachstum f\u00fcr Prefab in Deutschland.<\/strong>&nbsp;Etwa 90 % wissen auch, welche Bausteine und Kompetenzen f\u00fcr Erfolg n\u00f6tig sind. Doch hier zeigt sich die Realit\u00e4t: Derzeit erzielen diese Unternehmen im Schnitt weniger als 5 % ihres Umsatzes mit Prefab-L\u00f6sungen. Noch drastischer: Nur rund 40 % investieren aktuell systematisch in die entsprechenden Kompetenzen (Engineering, BIM, Key Accounting, spezialisierte Teams).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trotz dieser eher abwartenden Haltung hat unser Kompetenzprojekt gezeigt, dass bereits diverse Pilotans\u00e4tze getestet werden. Diese lassen sich in zwei Grundmodelle einordnen::<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list disc\">\n<li><strong>Eigene Vorfertigung<\/strong>: Montagegerechte Komponenten im eigenen Werk \u2013 von werksseitig konfektionierten Wandelementen bis hin zu vorgefertigten Sanit\u00e4r-, Fenster- oder L\u00fcftungsl\u00f6sungen. Vertrieb erfolgt \u00fcber bestehende mehrstufige Kan\u00e4le zu bestehenden Kunden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>(Vor-)Fertigung f\u00fcr Vorfertiger<\/strong>: Von projektbezogenen Belieferungen bis zu integrierten Partnerschaftsans\u00e4tzen mit Fertighausherstellern oder Modulbauern \u2013 mit einzelnen Produkten, Baustoffen oder vorkonfektionierten Systemen. Wir sehen hier neue Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle entstehen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Zeichen f\u00fcr Bewegung, aber noch keine skalierbare Marktbearbeitung: Viele dieser Piloten bleiben isoliert und werden nicht systematisch in die Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle integriert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ein-breites-phanomen-was-durchaus-auch-international-gedacht-werden-muss\">Ein breites Ph\u00e4nomen \u2013 was durchaus auch international gedacht werden muss<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Was unser Kompetenzprojekt zudem offenbart hat: Der DACH-Raum und Nordeuropa sind f\u00fcr Prefabrication Innovationstreiber und attraktive Wachstumschancen zugleich. Besonders bemerkenswert: Der Trend beschr\u00e4nkt sich nicht auf Neubau. Im Bestandsbau gewinnen modulare Konzepte und vorgefertigte Haustechnik-Module rasant an Bedeutung \u2013 von schnellen energetischen Sanierungen bis hin zu tempor\u00e4ren Aufstockungen. Wer diese Chancen fr\u00fchzeitig nutzt, sichert sich Marktanteile in einem wachsenden Segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-perspektive-wechseln-anforderungen-der-vorfertiger-verstehen-und-bedienen\">Perspektive wechseln: Anforderungen der Vorfertiger verstehen und bedienen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um diese Wachstumschancen systematisch zu nutzen, kommt es jetzt darauf an, die vielversprechendsten Prefab-Teilm\u00e4rkte zu identifizieren, die Bearbeitung fest im Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell zu verankern und Pilotprojekte skalierbar zu strukturieren. Entscheidend: die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Zielgruppen \u2013 Fertighausherstellung, Modulbau, serielle Sanierung \u2013 wirklich zu verstehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genau hier haben wir angesetzt. Wir haben mit ausf\u00fchrlichen Tiefen- und Expertenintervies Eink\u00e4ufer, Techniker und Produktionsverantwortliche bei Vorfertigern und Vorfertigungsunternehmen befragt, um ihre Anforderungen an Hersteller und ihre kritischen Erfolgsfaktoren zu identifizieren und zu verstehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Ergebnisse sind konkret und handlungsorientiert: Von den Anforderungen an die vertriebliche Betreuung durch den Hersteller \u00fcber die gesamte Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette hinweg bis hin zu Systemkompatibilit\u00e4t und Montagetauglichkeit, Liefersicherheit und Just-in-Time-Logistik, BIM-Reife oder Zulassungskompetenz \u2013 nur um einige zu nennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Faktoren bilden den Kompass f\u00fcr echte Prefab-Strategien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-black-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-black-background-color has-background\" \/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-unser-vorgehensmodell-von-erkenntnis-zu-aktion\">Unser Vorgehensmodell: Von Erkenntnis zu Aktion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Basierend auf diesen tiefgreifenden Erkenntnissen aus unserem Kompetenzprojekt mit Herstellern, und unserer Studie mit Fertigbauern, Systembauern und Modulbauern haben wir eine zuk\u00fcnftige Wachstumsstrategie f\u00fcr Hersteller in der Bauzulieferindustrie entwickelt.
