Von CMOs wird erwartet, dass sie unmittelbares Wachstum generieren und dabei den Spagat zwischen operativen Anforderungen und zukunftsweisenden strategischen&nbsp;Initiativen&nbsp;meistern. Drei&nbsp;Formen des Zusammenspiels&nbsp;werden f\u00fcr den Erfolg von CMOs k\u00fcnftig entscheidend sein:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-das-zusammenspiel-von-ceo-und-cmo\">Das Zusammenspiel von CEO und CMO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Besonders in der B2B-Welt, die seit jeher ein Eckpfeiler der DACH-Wirtschaft ist, wurde Marketing lange Zeit eher als Kostenfaktor&nbsp;betrachtet&nbsp;denn als Wertsch\u00f6pfungsquelle. Dies gilt nicht zuletzt f\u00fcr die zahlreichen deutschen <a href=\"https:\/\/prophet.com\/de\/news-press\/prophet-zweiter-platz-marketing-hidden-champions-consulting-award\/\">\u201eHidden Champions\u201c<\/a>: In einem Umfeld, das von Produktqualit\u00e4t und Ingenieurskunst gepr\u00e4gt ist, hatte Marketing traditionell einen schweren Stand \u2013 besonders gegen\u00fcber dem Vertrieb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das sich wandelnde Marktumfeld&nbsp;setzt&nbsp;DACH-CMOs&nbsp;weiter&nbsp;unter Druck,&nbsp;gibt ihnen aber auch die&nbsp;Chance, ihren strategischen Wert&nbsp;neu zu beweisen. Die heutige Marketinglandschaft ist komplexer, aber auch datengest\u00fctzter als je zuvor. Erfolgreiche CMOs verschaffen sich Respekt, indem sie diese Komplexit\u00e4t in messbare Ergebnisse \u00fcbersetzen.&nbsp;Sie&nbsp;gewinnen an Einfluss durch Resultate statt durch Rhetorik. Dabei&nbsp;spielt&nbsp;sinnvoll eingesetzte KI&nbsp;eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle&nbsp;(bspw.&nbsp;f\u00fcr&nbsp;ein tieferes Kundenverst\u00e4ndnis,  vorausschauende Trendanalysen oder effizienteren&nbsp;Umgang mit Ressourcen),&nbsp;um&nbsp;Unternehmen fit f\u00fcr&nbsp;das&nbsp;Jetzt und&nbsp;die Zukunft zu machen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie wir&nbsp;bei Prophet&nbsp;beobachten konnten, bleibt die CEO\u2011CMO\u2011Beziehung auch in DACH das Fundament. Auch wenn dieses Versprechen in einer sich&nbsp;deglobalisierenden&nbsp;Welt unter Druck ger\u00e4t&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;dieses Kapital leichtfertig aufzugeben, w\u00e4re kurzsichtig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-das-zusammenspiel-nbsp-im-unternehmen-ubers-marketing-hinaus\">Das Zusammenspiel&nbsp;im Unternehmen \u00fcbers Marketing hinaus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unserer Erfahrung nach haben insbesondere Organisationen in der DACH-Region in der Vergangenheit sehr fokussierte und spezialisierte \u201eCenters&nbsp;of&nbsp;Excellence\u201c geschaffen und diese erfolgreich genutzt. Doch diese eher starren, dezentralen Organisationssilos \u2013 ob nach Produktlinien, L\u00e4ndern oder Funktionen gegliedert \u2013 sind in einem Marktumfeld, das von globalen Marken und komplexen Kundeninteraktionen gepr\u00e4gt ist,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/silo-organizations-inhibit-brand-building-david-aaker-2mhac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nicht mehr effektiv,<\/a>&nbsp;wie David&nbsp;Aaker,&nbsp;Vice&nbsp;Chairman&nbsp;von Prophet, betont.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speziell f\u00fcr die vielen global agierenden DACH-Unternehmen, sowohl Blue Chips als auch Hidden Champions,&nbsp;bedeutet dies eine gro\u00dfe Umstellung. wichtig:&nbsp;gemeinsamer Zugriff auf dieselben Daten und&nbsp;gemeinsame Planungsprozesse zur Abstimmung von Zielen und Strategien.&nbsp;KI kann hier eine Br\u00fccke schlagen,&nbsp;indem&nbsp;Erkenntnisse nicht in&nbsp;organisatorischen&nbsp;Silos&nbsp;verbleiben, sondern&nbsp;\u00fcber Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg&nbsp;geteilt werden.&nbsp;Nicht zuletzt braucht es Marketingprogramme, die bereichs\u00fcbergreifende Zusammenarbeit nicht nur erfordern, sondern aktiv f\u00f6rdern.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column
